Drop the contractor’s payment claim Excel. Gnosis extracts the figures verbatim, runs the retention bands (10/5/1.75% under NZS 3910), handles fluctuations, applies the Bond-in-Lieu if detected, and certifies. Generate the Certificate of Payment with the CCA 2002 Form 1 statutory notice.
