NZS 3910 and AS 4000, free, with the Act clock built in

Progress claim and payment schedule templates

For a contractor sending a claim and for the Engineer or Superintendent answering it. Each workbook carries the claim, the schedule or certificate, retention at the contract rate and its cap, GST, and the date the Act gives for the schedule, worked out by formula from the claim date. A spreadsheet is where most firms start, and it is where most late schedules come from, which is why the clock cell is a formula and not a typed number.

Gnosis Limited, Hamilton, New Zealand, collects your address only to send the template and the three notes (Privacy Act 2020, IPP 3). Delete it any time by replying with the word delete.

Book an hour, one live job

Or book fifteen minutes for a look first, or thirty minutes on claim deadlines: when the claim lands, when the schedule or certificate is due, what a day late costs, worked through on the sample contract. Free, not a sales call.
